These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Rally Navigator mobile app ("the app", "we", "us"), a driving navigation app that provides rally-style co-driver voice announcements. By downloading, installing or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
On iOS, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to your use of the app. Where these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA conflict, Apple's Standard EULA prevails for iOS users.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, rent, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the app, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it.
Using the app requires signing in and choosing a username. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Usernames must not be offensive, impersonate another person, or infringe anyone's rights; we may reserve, reclaim or reset a username that breaks these rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not by us. Refunds are handled under the policy of the store you purchased from — we cannot issue or reverse charges directly. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support for refund requests. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have.

We may remove content, leaderboard entries or stage times that appear to breach these rules, and may suspend the accounts responsible.
You keep ownership of the routes, times and other content you submit. By sharing content in the app (for example a shared route, a stage time or a leaderboard entry) you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display it for the purpose of operating and promoting the app's features. You are responsible for having the right to share what you submit.
Rally Navigator is a driving aid. Curve call-outs, route analysis and navigation instructions are generated automatically from third-party map data and may be incomplete, mistimed or incorrect. Never rely on the app while driving: always drive attentively, adapt to the actual road, visibility, weather, signage and traffic laws. The driver remains solely responsible for the vehicle at all times.
Legendary Stages, tracks & shared routes. Timed stages, tracks, "mythic road" runs and route-following are provided for entertainment and are intended only for closed roads, circuits or track days — never for racing or speeding on public roads. Segment start/finish points and geometry are approximate and may be inaccurate.
Speed records and leaderboards. Features that record top speed are intended exclusively for use on closed tracks and circuits, or on roads without a speed limit (for example, derestricted sections of the German Autobahn), driven legally and responsibly. By submitting a record you confirm it was achieved lawfully. We do not encourage or condone exceeding speed limits on public roads.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or available in any particular location, and features that depend on GPS, mobile data or third-party map providers may fail or be unavailable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for any damage, injury, accident, fine or other loss arising from the use of the app — including, without limitation, curves that are called incorrectly, late, or not at all, or any other error, bug, inaccuracy or malfunction of the app. The app does not prevent accidents and provides no safety guarantee of any kind. You use it entirely at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
The app relies on third-party services including Google Maps Platform, Mapbox, Google Firebase, RevenueCat, and the Apple App Store / Google Play billing systems. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for what data is shared with them.
We may add, change or remove features, and may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your account (see the Privacy Policy or account deletion page). We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Sections 7 to 9 survive termination.
These Terms are between you and us, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. In the event the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or intellectual-property infringement claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer-law provisions of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
