Delete your account & data — Rally Navigator

This page explains how to request deletion of your Rally Navigator account and the data associated with it. You can do this yourself inside the app, or by email.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (immediate)

1. Open Rally Navigator and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account and associated data are permanently removed.

Option 2 — Request by email

Send an email to rallynavigator.service@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and delete your data within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your account record (email address, display name, Google account identifier).
• Your public driver name and any leaderboard / rankings entries (including top-speed records).
• Any private-group / rankings memberships you created or joined.
• Your usage data (weekly free-minutes counters, promo-code redemptions).
• Your subscription record held on our side and any cancellation feedback you provided.

Data saved only on your device (favourites, recent searches, saved routes) is removed when you uninstall the app.

What data may be retained

After deletion we may retain a limited set of records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes — for example, transaction/payment records processed by Google Play Billing are kept by Google for financial and tax compliance and are outside our control. Any residual backups are purged within 90 days. We do not use retained records for any other purpose.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. To stop billing, cancel the subscription in your Google Play subscriptions before or after deleting your account.
